Hello,
I am using your software tool and have two questions,
What means Ct? Is it a loss coefficient?
And, the tool can it use with vertical axis turbines?

Hi,

Ct means thrust coefficient and it is defined by the thrust force normaliced by the rotor-swept are, air density and wind speed. It is a function of wind speed and needed for the wake model. You can usually get it from the manufacturere.

At the moment the wake model of WAsP only supports horizontal-axis turbines.
