WAsP Engineering WAT Error message.

When I use WAT of WENG, I always encountered this below error message. So I could not do WAT because of this error,

My WAsP, WENG is..

Licences:
WAsP 8 licenced to Seong Reul KIM, Hanjin, Korea (Standard)
WAsP Engineering 2 licenced to Seong Reul KIM, Hanjin, Korea (Standard)

the script needs WAsP, but could not set up WAsP services because ...
could not find a licensed version of WAsP9 to run this script because ...
could not find a licenced version of WAsP10 to run this script because ...
the system reported that:

As you probably suspect, this problem is related to program versions. However, the WAT2Excel script is not distributed with WEng, but with WAT. Please go to http://www.wasp.dk/Download/Software.html and download WAT version 2.5.0.125

I am sorry I think I would be bother you.
But I am unclear how to process with WAT.
There is no toturial unlike WAsP, WAsP Eng,
I did download WAT 2.5,
And then what should I do?
i have no license cause I am not a WAsP 9 user. I am using 8.4 WAsP.
If you could help me I would really appreciated it

WAsP 8.4 is OK, but I think your WAT scripts are out of date, please download the latest WAT 2.5 install package. Then check that you are able to run either WAT2Excel or WAT2Launcher. If not, then please report to wengsupport@risoe.dk. When the software is installed correctly you can find a little guidance in the start of the section called 'working with WAT' at http://www.wasp.dk/Products/wat/WAThelp/
