Climate analyst import data cannot finish

Import data cannot finish.

Data format is as follows:

2015-01-01 00:00:00,9.4,43
2015-01-01 00:10:00,9.2,44
2015-01-01 00:20:00,9.3,43
2015-01-01 00:30:00,10.1,41
2015-01-01 00:40:00,10.3,41



I tested it with only 10 records, but it cannot finish with "reading file" message.

No error message comes, but "reading file" continues.

What should I do.
