IEC Turbulence Simulator

Hi,
I have downloaded executable for the IEC turbulence simulator using web link. However, the program does not allow me to simulate wind for the Land and Sea terrain option, only I can simulate is with 'Basic' option. For the Land and Terrain, it says Failed to Display Simulator Window. I am wondering why I am getting such bugs. Any suggestions.
