Hello, I am interested in the types of education and training which Wind Analysts receive during their first few years in the profession: Not so much WAsP and related software tool training but rather professional short courses. What experiences do people have of their early years in the industry: Is it mostly learning on the job or is formal training common? Thanks in advance Rimmer
