Hi Duncan, Thanks for your response. This was a new PC that had Win7-x64 installed, and the first with this configuration that I had tried to run WAsP 8 on. We are using a USB dongle. The problem was solved by installing the latest version of the HASP runtime obtained from the Alladin website. Cheers, Trenton

I am having a similar problem. I am using Windows 7 64-bit, WAsP 8.4 and the latest version of the licence manager. The message I receive is "No Risø dongles are detected". Do you know what could be causing the problem? Thanks, Trenton
