How to create extreme observed wind climate file using WAsP Eng 3.0?

I am using WAsP engineering 2.0 software licensed. but i want to test the WAsP engineering 3.0 version thus i used the Unlicensed version of it. i am not able to create the .rewc/.oewc file. Can any one help me how to create it through WAsP engineering 3.0?

It is not possible to perform an OEWC calculation in WAsP Engineering without a licence. You could ask the sales team for a temporary licence to allow you evaluate the new version. Duncan.
