ferliso Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 Hello, As far as I know, the model to calculate the wake losses in WAsP is Jensen (2005). I have tried to find some info about it in articles or tech support but couldn´t find anything. Could you give me some references to look for info or explain me the differences between that model and the old Jensen one ???Thanks and best regardsFernando
Duncan Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 Hi Fernando,The man who can give a definitive answer is on vacation at the moment. I'm sure he'll get back to you when he returns.
Ole Rathmann Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Hi Fernando,No, the wake model in WAsP is still based on the N.O.Jensen-model (1984), implemented according to the paper by I.Katic, J.Højstrup and N.O.Jensen (1986). The full references are given in the WAsP Help-system (Other information sources | References)
