  1. Hi,

WAsP startup fails here as neeeded prerequisite is not enabled by default in latest Windows Operating system beginning from Windows 8.

So could you please follow this.
Run "Turn Windows features on or off" function and check if .NET Framework 3.5 is turned on. If it is not please follow these steps:

    -uninstall WAsP
    -enable .NET Framework 3.5
    -install WAsP

    WAsP should work fine now.

    Kind regards,
    Marko
  2. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

    I tested this on a Windows 8.1 (64bit) PC.
I saw the same problem, but was able to resolve it following way:
-I installed Sentinel HASP/LDK Windows GUI Run-time Installer (Windows, 13.3 MB, Version 6.60, Released 2013-08-08) from the page: http://sentinelcustomer.safenet-inc.com/sentineldownloads/
-However the dongle was still not detected so I rebooted the PC. After the restart the Licence manager reported multiple dongles detected.
-I uninstalled Sentinel driver from add/remove programs. Re-inserted the Dongle and it started to work for me.

I hope this will work better for you.

    Kind regards,
    Marko
  3. By following steps below WAsP is installed and visible only for a local user account, under originally installed. If you now log in to the computer with AD account or another local account you won’t see WAsP in your profile&programs at all.

-install WAsP 11 while logged in as a local user without administrative rights, an installation asks elevated user rights, use for it an account with administrative rights
-When installation asks Installation type: Anyone who uses this computer or Only for me. Select, Only for me

    Hope that's helpful,
    Marko
