downloading GWA data within windkit?

Hello, 

I saw a "wind-stats" python package which seems to be able to retrieve GWA wind climate.

1. Is this package independent from DTU's?

2. Is there any alternative within Windkit to do something similar?

Hi Breizhmg,

1. I believe you are referring to https://github.com/jules-ch/wind-stats. This is not a DTU Wind-affiliated package, no.
2. Not currently. Most likely, PyWAsP will be the package that gets this feature, and will probably involve a paid API license. We don't have a concrete timeline for this yet.
