can not calculation for "Prepare data for WAT"

Dear WAsP Engineering Team,
I use WEng3 and can not perform calculations on "prepare for WAT". Message in the message box is shown below. please help to solve this problem. Thankyou

Hi Malik,


When selecting the 'launch in WAT' option, the 'prepare data for WAT' tool tries to extract a terrain map including all selected sites with a margin of 25 hub heights.
