when i run 'Wasp Climate Analyst 3' and import the data. this error happens: could not handle the request because ... could not open a file import window. while creating filereadoperationcollection object because ... could not create file read operation collection because ... the system reported that: 'Automation error. I checked my data type many times, it's like that 'YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss'; but i couldnt understand what my problem is about? I will be pleasure if you help me
